Historic dormitory situated on the beautiful campus of the University of New Hampshire (UNH) in the heart of downtown Durham, NH.

First opened to students in 1925, Hetzel Hall has undergone an extensive and thorough renovation ~ reopening in Jan. 2025 to commemorate its 100th anniversary!

40,000 sq. ft. dormitory for 140+ students featuring traditional-style housing,
semi-private bathrooms, ADA-compliant student rooms, common area,
elevator, laundry, and a leadership apartment.
