The Macgregor Cut project is a multi-family apartment complex that was completed over 3 phases. Phase 1 started in March of 2018 and phase 3 is scheduled to be completed in late summer of 2021. The project consists of 12 buildings, each having 24 units and an elevator, as well as a complex clubhouse and pool.
