The Woodbury Mill Apartments project, started in July 2013 and completed in May 2014, consisted of the renovation of a 5-story historical mill into 37 affordable apartments. The work completed by Yankee Electric includes the installation of: fire alarms, a security system, and a 100 kilowatt generator.
