About This Project
The Scenic Salinger Apartments project consists of the restoration of the Scenic Theater and the Salinger buildings in beautiful downtown Rochester NH. Yankee partnered with Chinburg Properties on this exciting project and provided complete design build services, with installation of lighting, power, and fire alarm systems. 45,000 sq. ft. includes 50 units (studio & one bedroom apartments) and 2,700 sq. ft. of commercial space. The project included construction of a new connected 4-story-over-parking addition in the rear of the building.
