About This Project
The Dover Court Apartments project consists of the restoration of the former Strafford County courthouse building on Second Street with an expansion of a 4-story addition on First Street in Dover, NH. This renovation is an 18,000 sq. ft. old Dover Court House with 40,000 sq. ft. addition. 59 apartments and 2 commercial spaces. Amenities will include parking garage beneath the addition, fitness center, and community room.
